Monorail Doors are manufactured by injecting B1 FIRESAFE CLASS (DIN 4102 FIRESAFE)
certificated , CFC-Free polyurethane with a density of 42kg/m3 at high pressure in between two epoxy painted metallic sheets which is 0,50mm thickness.
According to type of application, doors wing thickness can be variable thickness such as 8cm, 10cm, 12cm or 15cm. In order to prevent freezing of the seals of the minus degree storage doors, anti-freezing heat resistances are added.
Surface materials of Monorail Type Cold Storage Doors are manufactured as standard RAL 9002 painted Polyester coated Galvanized Steel. Depending on customer demand, surface material of the doors can be produced with polyester coated galvanized sheet; PVC coated galvanized sheet or Cr-Ni (AISI 304 stainless steel).
